We raised $16M to build Claude Code for Meta Ads Introducing Mark: The only AI built for winning ads 10,000 of the best performance marketing teams use it to scale their ads! It has persistent brand memory, instant access to your entire assets library, and is trained on millions of winning ads. Mark can also: > Create hyper-realistic UGC > Design motion graphics > Localize campaigns worldwide Everything a creative team does. Faster. Better. Autonomous. Today we're releasing it to all Arcads users | 199 comments on LinkedIn

Why it works

It replaces a familiar opinion with concrete evidence. The numbers create curiosity, while the interpretation turns the evidence into something the audience can use.

Manors Golf Apparel

Haevichi, Jeju, was a most suitable backdrop for one of the great office grudge matches. One of Korea’s most scenic courses, set along the volcanic coastline of Jeju Island. Lava rock, coastal wind, and proper shot-making from start to finish. Looks unreal and plays even harder, especially when it comes to this heated rivalry. Tag your favourite playing partner and follow Manors for more.

Why it works

The 61-second film turns two colleagues and a scenic course into an office grudge-match story, giving the audience a rivalry to follow rather than another polished apparel montage. Five short lines move from place, to playing conditions, to interpersonal tension, then finish with a low-friction tagging prompt; that combination earned 38 visible reactions.

#LinkedInPartner I’m partnering with LinkedIn Ads to remind you that your work deserves to be seen, and seen by the right audience with tools like LinkedIn Ads. Sometimes the move isn’t more, it’s better targeting—especially when you’re building a real business, not just a feed. Claim your special offer at https://lnkd.in/gEXEE9eU. Terms and conditions apply 🤍 LinkedIn for Marketing #smallbusiness #freelancer #entrepreneur #growyourbusiness #solopreneur

Why it works

The paid partnership earns attention by teaching before selling: a founder-specific hook contrasts being visible with being visible to people who have a problem, budget and authority. A simple funnel diagram on the laptop keeps the abstract lesson concrete, and LinkedIn Ads only enters after the audience has understood the mistake. The identity call-out and useful framework helped it reach 7,696 visible reactions and 240 comments.

Dara Denney

These 2 creative formats often show up in my Top 8 on Motion. But not that many creative strategists know about them... And let's face it: They are kind of basic. But the reason why they work so well is pretty interesting. The 2 formats are: 1. TikTok Love Letters: essentially long text on a short video 2. Short Viral Reels: andddd short text on a short video :) I often find that these end up generating the RIGHT top of funnel for ad accounts because they mimic what many users love consuming on their organic socials. These aren't meant to sell necessarily (but often do!) They're meant to say: We understand you. We're your people. And that is Step 1 to getting someone to buy via Meta Ads.

Why it works

Dara names two repeatable formats, shows multiple examples above her head and explains the behavioural reason they work: they resemble organic posts people already choose to consume. Calling the formats ‘kind of basic’ lowers the production barrier, while ‘Top 8 on Motion’ gives the recommendation performance context. The practical specificity generated 263 visible reactions and 26 comments.

I used a founder-led thought leadership video motion to power my original startup that was acquired...and I'm still using it now - here's how 👇 I've been running this motion my entire career - it helped me attract investors in the restaurant industry (became a franchise restaurant owner), powered our LinkedIn lead gen agency to get acquired at $1M ARR, and still today it fuels the acquisition engine at Impactable. Not paid ads first. Founder-led video first. If you know me, you know I'm big on ads...but in my experience ads work best when they amplify what's already working and this thought leadership motion is at the core. Here's what most people don't realize…one recorded conversation gives you everything. Short-form clips for social medi. The real gold is the transcript. That transcript becomes newsletters, blog posts, and a knowledge base that I can use in my AI flows (yes still team claude for now but seeing that we shouldn't build on any one platform). Most founders think they need a production team. you don't, when you have Riverside This is why I use it: I hit record, finish the session, and the platform has already clipped the highlights by relevance, generated the post and blog copy, and lets me edit any clip just by editing the transcript text. No timeline scrubbing. No complicated software. Their AI tools remove filler words, clean up the audio, even fix eye contact. One session automatically creates dozens of assets. If you're a founder or marketer and you're not extracting your expertise through video yet, your best content is sitting in your head instead of working for you. Here's the link to get started - https://lnkd.in/gu--SkeU #Riversidepartner

Why it works

Justin opens with personal proof across three careers, including an acquisition at $1M ARR, before stating the sharp hierarchy ‘Not paid ads first. Founder-led video first.’ He then turns one recorded conversation into a visible content supply chain of clips, transcripts, newsletters, blogs and AI knowledge, making the sponsored tool the enabler rather than the hero. That evidence-rich process drew 77 visible reactions and 36 comments.

Most youtubers obsess over thumbnails and titles But that's only 2 of the 8 things that get views These six extra factors are just as important: #1 Familiarity with the creator If someone watched you before and enjoyed it, they are far more likely to click again regardless of how good the title and thumbnail is. But this level of trust is built over time and new youtubers don't have it yet; which is why uploading consistently is important. #2 Video placement on homepage If your video appears at the top of a viewers homepage, it will get significantly more clicks than one buried further down. Where YouTube places your video matters as much as what's in it. #3 Views (social proof) Views act as social proof on YouTube. If a video has 10 views after 1 month, it indicates that no one cared. If it has 1 million views after 1 month, it signals that people care and its great content. Viewers use view count to predetermine how ‘good’ a video is. #4 Upload date People love novelty. A newer video feels more relevant and is therefore more clickable. #5 Video length The longer the video, the harder the click is to earn. This is because watching YouTube isn't free - people pay with their time. So a 40-minute video is a serious ‘buy in’ when compared to a 10 minute video. If you make longer content, make sure it's worth the viewers time. #6 Viewer intent Someone commuting at 8am doesn't want a 30-minute entertainment video. That same person at 9pm, relaxed on the sofa, absolutely does. The same video performs differently depending on when and why someone is watching. Credit to Mario Joos for the post idea.

Why it works

The graphic overturns a familiar creator belief by contrasting the two factors people notice with the eight factors that actually drive views. One annotated example makes six abstract distribution and intent variables easy to scan, while the long caption gives each factor a practical explanation and attracted 68 visible comments.

70% of website projects get deprioritized because they're too slow or difficult to ship. We surveyed 1,900+ professionals on what’s holding teams back and you can now access the findings in our latest State of Sites report.

Why it works

A single operational quote turns a broad research report into a sharp tension: AI makes writing instant, but publishing still takes two weeks. Large editorial type, restrained branding and the ‘Unlock full report’ button make the insight feel premium, while the survey of 1,900+ professionals gives the claim authority and drew 59 visible comments.

Viktor.com

"@Viktor, pause any Meta ad sets with CPA over $40 and shift that budget to the top performers." It pulled live performance data across all your campaigns, paused the underperformers, reallocated the budget, and logged every change to Google Sheets — in one Slack message. 30 seconds. Zero tabs. Nobody told it where to look.

Why it works

The surreal oversized phone in a New York street turns an invisible automation into a physical spectacle, then the copy demonstrates one plain-language command producing several linked actions. ‘30 seconds. Zero tabs’ compresses the benefit into a memorable contrast and removes the objection that cross-platform automation must be complicated.

Rocket SaaS

I'm giving away 2 growth playbooks for free: 1. How to create a B2B SaaS demand gen strategy 2. How Rocket SaaS scaled from $1m - $7m ARR in 2 years It's happening at a live, in-person breakfast event: 🗓️ 1st July, 9am 📌 The Ivy, Soho, London Join me and 30+ SaaS founders and marketing leaders for a deep dive into demand gen strategy: content planning, LinkedIn ads, AI and building a pipeline. A testimonial from the last event: "By far the best B2B marketing event I've ever been to. It gave me clear advice and a strategy to scale"

Why it works

The restaurant conversation format makes a B2B event invitation feel like a personal recommendation rather than a webinar advert. Two clearly named playbooks, a precise date and venue, a 30-person peer group and a direct testimonial reduce uncertainty about the value of attending.

Why it works

Placing the product prompt on a giant screen attached to a yacht makes the automation feel premium and impossible to ignore. The visual exaggeration earns the stop, while the caption grounds it in a credible workflow and repeats the tight ‘30 seconds. Zero tabs’ payoff.

Video & Creative Agency Owners doing $10K+/mo — read this if your revenue chart looks like a heart monitor $30K one month. $12K the next. $40K. $8K. You finish a big project, deposit the check, feel like a CEO for 48 hours… Then Monday hits and you're back to zero. Refreshing your inbox. Replying to referral intros. Sending proposals to leads who ghost. Discounting to close. Wondering why a "successful" agency feels like freelancing with extra steps. Here's the truth nobody running ads at you wants to say out loud: You don't have a scaling problem. You have a system problem. You're skilled. Your work is good. Your clients love you. That's not the issue. The issue is your business is built on: → Referrals you can't predict → Projects that end the moment you deliver → Pricing anchored to "what the market pays" instead of outcomes → A pipeline that resets to $0 every 30 days → You — the owner — stuck in fulfillment instead of running the company That's why you're plateaued. That's why $50K months feel like a ceiling instead of a floor. That's why you're working harder than you did at $5K/mo and somehow taking home less. Here's what actually changes the game: retainers. Not bigger projects. Not more referrals. Not another funnel hack. Monthly retainers. $5K–$15K+ per client. Recurring. Predictable. Stacking on top of each other every month instead of resetting to zero. That's the entire difference between a freelancer with a logo and a real agency. We install the Inbound Retainer System™ — the exact acquisition, sales, and delivery infrastructure used by the top video & creative agencies in the space. Here's what we build with you: → Offer — Repackage your services into retainer models clients actually want to pay monthly for → Acquisition — Paid ads + inbound funnels + authority positioning so leads come to you (not the other way around) → Sales — Call frameworks, qualification systems, financing integration, and close optimization so you stop losing deals to "I need to think about it" → Scale — A-player hiring, delivery SOPs, and automation so the business runs without you in every Zoom call Done-with-you. Not a course. Not a community. Not "watch these 47 modules and figure it out." We build the system with you, in your business, for your offer. Two reasons this isn't another agency coach pitch: #1 — We run this in our own company. This isn't theory we repackaged from a podcast. We use every system we install. Same ads. Same funnels. Same sales process. You're not buying frameworks — you're buying the operating system we run ourselves. #2 — 828+ video & creative agency owners have already installed it. More documented case studies than every "scale your agency" guru running ads against this one. We'll show them to you on the call. Names, numbers, screenshots. No vague testimonials. Who this is for: → Video or creative agency owners doing $10K+/mo → Skilled operators who can deliver, but are stuck in project-based revenue → Owners who want to scale to $50K–$100K/mo without burning out or hiring 12 people Who this is NOT for: → Beginners looking for their first client → Anyone wanting a "course" or passive education → Tire-kickers who think a $497 product will fix a 6-figure business If you're in the first group, watch the 7-minute breakdown and book a demo. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you on the call. No pressure tactics. No fake scarcity. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.".

Why it works

A long-form direct-response caption for agency owners opening on a visceral metaphor ('read this if your revenue chart looks like a heart monitor: $30K one month, $12K the next'). It agitates the feast-or-famine pain, reframes it ('you don't have a scaling problem, you have a system problem'), then sells retainers with named proof (828+ case studies). 444 likes, 6 comments.

Heyflow

We're opening 8 spots this month for one thing: taking brands with strong paid traffic and broken post-click funnels – and fixing them. In 72 hours. For free. We audit your current funnel, rebuild it against the framework the top 1% of ecom brands convert on, and have it live before your next campaign goes out. If it doesn't outperform what you had within 14 days, we do it again. On us. This isn't for everyone. If you're spending serious budget on Meta and your CVR isn't where it should be – this is for you. Link below before the spot's gone.".

Why it works

A risk-reversal offer post: '8 spots this month... we fix your broken post-click funnel in 72 hours. For free. If it doesn't outperform what you had in 14 days, we do it again. On us.' Scarcity (8 spots) plus a guarantee that removes all buyer risk.

Giuseppe Baidoo (Gusto Snacks)

My wife wrote the cardboard. I had to be the model and stand next to the billboard. The only billboard available was on a train platform. There was no space to take the picture because of the train rails, so my wife crossed to the other side. Train coming. People watching. Me, a bit shy. All of this to tell you: WE SOLD OUT. When I started Gusto Snacks, some people were spitting our snacks out. Yeah. The flavours were crazy. I spent years fine tuning them. I’d had enough of boring fruit snacks. Today, everyone is looking for them. And they sold out. That’s why you can’t find them. You’ll have to wait. 😅

Why it works

A deliberately self-deprecating billboard says the brand spent its whole budget on the media buy, then uses the tiny live CEO with a handwritten “sold out” sign as the punchline. The caption retells the awkward photo setup in clipped, cinematic lines before turning early product rejection into scarcity, so the result feels like a founder story rather than corporate boasting. The polished billboard against improvised cardboard helped prompt 185 visible comments.
