Went and had a look at that font for you I pulled the video off the post and stepped through the caption frames. It's a heavy slab serif in orange with a red offset shadow — that combination is almost certainly a CapCut-style auto-caption preset rather than a licensed brand typeface, so there's no single "official" name to hand you. But here are the closest free Google Fonts, rendered in the same colours next to the actual frame so you can judge: [Side-by-side comparison](https://albatrossdigitalgolf.slack.com/files/U0BTN3NUZ5E/F0BSE01RSFR/render_1787753267565.png) - **Alfa Slab One** — closest overall match on weight and serif shape - **Bevan** — very close, a touch wider - **Ultra** — heavier and chunkier if you want more punch All three are free and drop straight into Webflow, Canva or Premiere. My pick: Alfa Slab One. Two other things while I was in here: - Your second link is the **Manors Golf** founder post — "we were building the wrong brand and it took nearly going out of business to fix it". Genuinely good on golf brand positioning; I can pull the full text into a note if you want it saved. - This channel has taken ~40 links this month with almost no annotation. I could post a **weekly digest** — each link resolved to source, title, a one-line takeaway and a theme tag (branding / ads / AI / copy) — so "that font post" is still findable in three months. Say the word and I'll set it up.

Why it works

It centres one understandable idea and supports it with enough concrete detail to make the post feel useful rather than generic.

It’s day 100 of rebuilding graze. And we COULDN’T have timed this better ourselves. A few days ago, we found out that Day 100 was landing on the exact same day as our first supermarket delivery… unreal, right? I knew we couldn’t let it leave the factory without doing something special. And Edward being away meant nobody could tell me not to hahah Luc Powell and I sped over to our factory in Hayes, scouted out the tallest vehicle in the warehouse, and caught the delivery JUST before it went out. And the best bit - we got to give a speech to the 150+ dedicated and brilliant Makers behind the graze brand. From the factory, from marketing, from sales, ops… everyone who has made this rebrand possible. They do sooo much behind the scenes that you guys don’t always get to see. So hats off to the entire graze team. It’s not often that you get to mark a moment this perfectly !! (P.S - Don’t worry, our graze updates aren’t going anywhere… this is only the beginning )

Everyone has an opinion on Andy Burnham’s social media. We looked at the data instead. Using our Make Sense framework, we analysed 1,231 posts, 145 video transcripts and 10,287 comments. #LinkedInPartner I’m partnering with LinkedIn Ads to remind you that your work deserves to be seen, and seen by the right audience with tools like LinkedIn Ads. Sometimes the move isn’t more, it’s better targeting—especially when you’re building a real business, not just a feed. Claim your special offer at https://lnkd.in/gEXEE9eU. Terms and conditions apply 🤍 LinkedIn for Marketing #smallbusiness #freelancer #entrepreneur #growyourbusiness #solopreneur

Why it works

The paid partnership earns attention by teaching before selling: a founder-specific hook contrasts being visible with being visible to people who have a problem, budget and authority. A simple funnel diagram on the laptop keeps the abstract lesson concrete, and LinkedIn Ads only enters after the audience has understood the mistake. The identity call-out and useful framework helped it reach 7,696 visible reactions and 240 comments.

Back with another behind the scenes look into my role at Manors Golf Apparel - and this one took us all the way to Tennessee 🤠 Months in the making and so worth it… bringing our MANORS x Gentleman Jack collab to life with our amazing ambassadors. Had the best time finally meeting so many of them in person 🫶 Also my first proper MANORS event (!!) which made it even more special. Huge thanks to Jojo Regan, Loni Gray, Greg Luehrs and the entire Jack Daniel’s & Manors Golf Apparel team for trusting me and bringing this amazing event to life together 🏌♀️

Why it works

Minnie makes a corporate partnership feel like a personal milestone by framing the film as her first proper MANORS event, not as a launch recap. Specific moments such as meeting ambassadors, taking Polaroids and moving between Tennessee venues create a genuine working diary, while named collaborators distribute attention across both communities. The personal point of view earned 92 visible reactions and four comments.

The Personal Brand CHEAT CODE Nobody's Using Yet The window for building a profitable personal brand is closing, Ai is flooding every social media feed, and it’s becoming harder and harder to grow. But it's not too late... The founders who will win over the next five years will do so by using their story. In this video, I'm going to give you a complete system to find your story and build a brand nobody can steal in five steps. I'll also give you five Claude prompts to help you at each stage. If you follow this framework, you’ll build an audience that finds you, trusts you and buys from you, without you having to chase a single customer again. Download all the Claude prompts here: https://growth.chris-donnelly.co.uk/claude-lead-gen-prompts-page In this video, I'll cover: - How to find your story - How to build your content pillars - How to create a content system - How to repurpose content - How to grow your audience - How to generate leads. 00:00 - Intro 01:02 - Your Story 05:35 - Content Pillars 08:16 - Content System 10:56 - Repurposing Content 13:20 - Audience Growth 15:35 - Lead generation ———————————— 👉🏼 Watch This Next: https://youtu.be/CM_HDRF4y0s?si=EoM_dvfBPjbLX3me. ———————————— Follow Me: ▪️ Instagram → https://www.instagram.com/chrisdonnellyofficial ▪️ LinkedIn → https://uk.linkedin.com/in/donnellychris ▪️ TikTok → https://www.tiktok.com/@donnellycss

Why it works

The title promises an overlooked ‘cheat code’, while the thumbnail uses only three giant words, a recognised AI icon and the presenter’s face to make the payoff legible at feed size. The 20-minute video converts urgency about AI-generated sameness into a five-step proprietary system, then offers the exact Claude prompts as a lead magnet. Clear chapters reduce the commitment of a long video, which has 7,596 visible views and 233 likes.

We are The Allies

We’re big believers in having honest conversations about the realities of running businesses, leading teams and building great work. The stuff that happens behind the scenes is often where the most valuable lessons live. That’s why we’re proud to be sponsoring Katy Leeson’s new podcast, I Shouldn’t Say This But. Katy has spent years operating at the highest level of business, scaling teams, navigating growth and sitting in rooms where the conversations are rarely shared publicly. Now she’s bringing those conversations to the microphone. This season dives into the topics leaders are genuinely grappling with right now: AI, leadership, finance, HR and the challenges that come with growth. We’re delighted to support a platform that champions openness, curiosity and learning. Episode one is live now and it’s a brilliant listen. Congratulations Katy on the launch – we can’t wait to hear what’s next. #Podcast #Leadership #BusinessGrowth #CreativeIndustry #WeAreTheAllies

Why it works

The sponsor starts with a shared belief about candid leadership rather than its own services, so the partnership feels editorially aligned instead of bolted on. A tightly cropped emotional podcast moment supplies the human hook, while Katy Leeson’s operating experience establishes why the audience should listen. The launch post received 37 visible reactions and one comment.

Justin Rowe

I used a founder-led thought leadership video motion to power my original startup that was acquired...and I'm still using it now - here's how 👇 I've been running this motion my entire career - it helped me attract investors in the restaurant industry (became a franchise restaurant owner), powered our LinkedIn lead gen agency to get acquired at $1M ARR, and still today it fuels the acquisition engine at Impactable. Not paid ads first. Founder-led video first. If you know me, you know I'm big on ads...but in my experience ads work best when they amplify what's already working and this thought leadership motion is at the core. Here's what most people don't realize…one recorded conversation gives you everything. Short-form clips for social medi. The real gold is the transcript. That transcript becomes newsletters, blog posts, and a knowledge base that I can use in my AI flows (yes still team claude for now but seeing that we shouldn't build on any one platform). Most founders think they need a production team. you don't, when you have Riverside This is why I use it: I hit record, finish the session, and the platform has already clipped the highlights by relevance, generated the post and blog copy, and lets me edit any clip just by editing the transcript text. No timeline scrubbing. No complicated software. Their AI tools remove filler words, clean up the audio, even fix eye contact. One session automatically creates dozens of assets. If you're a founder or marketer and you're not extracting your expertise through video yet, your best content is sitting in your head instead of working for you. Here's the link to get started - https://lnkd.in/gu--SkeU #Riversidepartner

Why it works

Justin opens with personal proof across three careers, including an acquisition at $1M ARR, before stating the sharp hierarchy ‘Not paid ads first. Founder-led video first.’ He then turns one recorded conversation into a visible content supply chain of clips, transcripts, newsletters, blogs and AI knowledge, making the sponsored tool the enabler rather than the hero. That evidence-rich process drew 77 visible reactions and 36 comments.

How To Make Claude Read and Write Your Emails Step 1: Connect Gmail to Claude In Claude, go to settings and connect your Gmail account. This lets Claude read your sent emails and your inbox, and create drafts on your behalf. Step 2: Teach Claude your voice and build the skill This is a two stage prompt. Stage 1 gets Claude to read your last 200 sent emails and write up a voice profile. Stage 2 turns that into a reusable skill. Paste this into Claude: —— I want you to build a skill called "email-drafts" that drafts replies to my connected inbox every morning in my own voice. Do this in two stages. STAGE 1: Learn my voice Read my last 200 sent emails from my Gmail account (skip anything automated, mass-sent, or under 15 words). For each one, note: - How I open emails differently for clients vs prospects vs internal team vs vendors/ad platform reps - My sign-off style and how it changes by audience - Sentence length and structure (short and direct, or more explanatory) - How I say no, push back, or deliver bad news - How I chase someone who hasn't replied - Phrases and words I use often - Phrases I never use (e.g. filler openers like "I hope this email finds you well") - Spelling convention - Punctuation habits, note in particular whether I use em dashes (I don't, so never use them in drafts) Write this up as a voice profile and save it as references/voice-profile.md inside the skill folder. Show it to me before moving on to Stage 2 so I can correct anything that's off. STAGE 2: Build the skill Once I've confirmed the voice profile, create SKILL.md for "email-drafts" that does the following when run: 1. Check my inbox for emails received since the last run (or in the last 24 hours if it's the first run). 2. Draft a reply for anything that's routine and doesn't need my personal judgement, using the voice profile. Save every draft to the Gmail thread as a draft only, never send anything. 3. Do NOT draft replies for anything involving contracts, money, disputes, legal threats, or negotiation. Flag these instead with a one-line note on why it needs me directly. 4. Compile a short morning summary: how many drafts were created, how many were flagged, grouped by category. Keep it under a 2-minute read. Formatting rules for every draft, no exceptions: - Local spelling for my country - No em dashes, ever - Sentence case body copy, no padded openers or closers - Lean and direct, get to the point in the first line - Match formality to category (warmer with clients, brisk with platform reps, casual with team) —— Step 3: Check the voice profile Claude will show you the voice profile before it builds anything. Read through it and correct anything that's off. This is the most important step. The better the voice profile, the more the drafts sound like you and not like a generic assistant. Once it's right, confirm and Claude will build the skill and save it. Step 4: Set up a scheduled task in Claude Cowork —— Go to Claude Cowork and create a new scheduled task. Set it to run every morning, before you'd normally start checking email. —— Step 5: Use this prompt for the scheduled task Run the email-drafts skill on my inbox. Check for anything received since yesterday's run. Draft replies for anything routine, flag anything involving contracts, money, disputes, or negotiation for me to handle directly. Save all drafts to Gmail, don't send anything. Give me the morning summary. Step 6: What happens next Every morning, Claude goes into your inbox, drafts replies to everything routine in your own voice, flags anything that needs your judgement, and leaves you a short summary. You open Gmail, review the drafts, and hit send. No more starting your day from a blank inbox.

Why it works

The 37-second Short sells one crisp outcome in the first frame, ‘Turn Claude into your AI personal email assistant’, then keeps the video lightweight while the description holds the complete six-step implementation. The copy-paste prompt removes nearly all effort and includes trust-building guardrails such as draft-only behaviour, voice review and exclusions for contracts or money. It has 1,394 visible views and 14 likes.

6 things I’d do differently if I was starting an agency today. I built a £24M agency. And I’ve been asked SO many times what I’d do if I was starting from scratch today. When I was building back in 2016, the world looked very different. Influencer marketing was still being explained in boardrooms. Social teams were small. Creators weren’t businesses yet. AI wasn’t replacing workflows. It was the right business, at the right time. But if I was starting again today, I definitely wouldn’t build the same agency. Here’s what I’d do instead…

Why it works

The first-person counterfactual, ‘what I’d do differently’, turns a £24M result into earned authority without sounding like a victory lap. Short lines build pace, while the contrast between 2016 and today creates curiosity for the six lessons and helped prompt 25 visible comments.

Why it works

A founder-style monthly update leads with one milestone, 10,000 downloads in eight weeks, then stacks percentage growth across the funnel to show momentum rather than merely claim it. The honest acknowledgement of work left to do keeps the investment CTA credible and connects product progress to a time-sensitive funding opportunity.

Hammersley Brothers

Ecommerce Store Owners: If you don’t have a record year on year month then you don’t pay until you do. And we’ll do it without spending a single dollar more on ads than you already are. For context, We’re the Hammersley Brothers and we specialize in helping ecommerce brands hit record revenue months … even if you've plateaued, tried new agencies, and squeezed every drop out of your current traffic. That means my clients get more revenue from the same visitors, the same ad budget, and the same products they already have. Here's how we do it: First … we build you a live financial model that updates every single day so you know exactly where your store is bleeding money, what’s profitable, and which levers to pull next. No more flying blind on top-line revenue while your margins get eaten alive underneath. Then … we install what we call the Compound Edge. We stack small multiplicative improvements … a 15% conversion lift here, a 20% AOV bump there, a 12% ad efficiency gain … that multiply each other. Stacked together, our clients typically see a lift in revenue per visitor by 15% to 50% on the same traffic. Next … we optimize the team around you. We identify who's actually driving growth, who's treading water, and we help you recruit high-performing VAs so you stop drowning in operations and focus on the 20% that moves the needle. And if this doesn't deliver a record year-on-year revenue month… you don't pay until you do. This is the exact system we've used for: – Molson Coors – Ferrero – HP – Beaverbrooks – Naked Wines – GSF Car Parts – Euro Car Parts – ProCook – Squatwolf – Brook Taverner And over 1,045 ecommerce brands across health, fashion, homeware, automotive, food, luxury, supplements, and pet products generate $2.1 billion - with a B - in collective revenue. So if you'd like to see how this works inside your specific store, here's what to do: Click below, fill in the short form and book a call. On that call, we'll look at your numbers, identify where the compound opportunities are hiding, and map out a clear plan to hit a record month. Then you can decide if you want us to install it … or take the plan and run with it yourself. Either way you walk away knowing exactly which levers to pull and in what order. Plus … if it doesn't deliver a record year-on-year month, you don't pay until you do. So there's nothing to pressure you into. Click below, book your call, and let's speak soon.".

Why it works

A long-form performance-guarantee caption: 'If you don't have a record month you don't pay until you do — without spending a dollar more on ads.' It sells a live daily financial model plus stacked 'compound edge' improvements, then drops a wall of blue-chip client names (Molson Coors, Ferrero, HP) and $2.1bn in collective revenue. 157 likes.

Giuseppe Baidoo (Gusto Snacks)

My wife wrote the cardboard. I had to be the model and stand next to the billboard. The only billboard available was on a train platform. There was no space to take the picture because of the train rails, so my wife crossed to the other side. Train coming. People watching. Me, a bit shy. All of this to tell you: WE SOLD OUT. When I started Gusto Snacks, some people were spitting our snacks out. Yeah. The flavours were crazy. I spent years fine tuning them. I’d had enough of boring fruit snacks. Today, everyone is looking for them. And they sold out. That’s why you can’t find them. You’ll have to wait. 😅

Why it works

A deliberately self-deprecating billboard says the brand spent its whole budget on the media buy, then uses the tiny live CEO with a handwritten “sold out” sign as the punchline. The caption retells the awkward photo setup in clipped, cinematic lines before turning early product rejection into scarcity, so the result feels like a founder story rather than corporate boasting. The polished billboard against improvised cardboard helped prompt 185 visible comments.

Why it works

The company makes an international event recap feel personal by putting its community manager, her role and her day-to-day work at the centre. “Come BTS” promises access, while specific praise for Minnie and the Jack Daniel’s team turns ordinary event coverage into employee recognition and partner distribution.
